The Full Moon has been celebrated since millennia in human history for its magic, mystery and especially powerful energy. The Moon carries the feminine energy and is closely related to our emotions and the subconscious realm.

The moon in its fullest state has a massive influence on the human body, just as it affects the water on earth like the cycle of tides. Human bodies are made up of roughly 68% water. During the full moon, many people become restless, irritable and even ‘lunatic‘, a term derived from the Latin word for moon “luna“. So the effects of the Moon are well documented throughout history.

During the full moon our hidden emotions and energies are brought to light so that we are able to work through them, and understand ourselves on a deeper level.

Full Moon represents a time to gather in community, release and let go of energies that no longer serve you, and honor what you have cultivated since the new moon.
