I am the founder of the Dual Immersion Academy in Grand Junction. I speak five languages and read two more. I fear for lack of support for minority students including ESL, Special Education, Gifted and Talented students, LGBTQ. We can always fight by recognizing equality, although it's high time we acknowledge the evidence that knowing two languages means knowing more than just one.
What do you see as the potential and real impacts to Colorado Schools from the cuts to the US Department of Education that are being considered or in process by the Trump Administration?
