Mixily — hosting your event just got easier
Mixily is a free event page and online RSVP tool. Send a beautiful invitation, collect RSVPs, and run an event people remember — all in under five minutes. No ads, no app to install, and your guests never need an account.
What you can do
- Create an event page with your own photo, colours and details.
- Invite guests by email or share one link, and track RSVPs in one place.
- Send automatic reminders and message your guests before the day.
- Poll guests on a date, ask custom questions, and export your guest list.
- Add co-hosts, publish a listing page of all your events, and sync to Google Calendar.
How Mixily uses your Google data
Signing in with Google is optional — you can use Mixily with an email address and password instead. If you do connect a Google account, this is everything Mixily asks for and why:
- Your name and email address — to create and sign you into your Mixily account.
- Google Calendar — only if you turn it on, so events you host are added to your own calendar automatically.
- Gmail, send-only — only if you turn it on, so your event invitations are sent from your own address instead of ours. This permission lets Mixily send a message on your behalf and nothing else: Mixily cannot read, open or delete anything in your mailbox.
You can disconnect either permission at any time from your account settings. Mixily never sells your data, never uses it for advertising, and never emails your guests for its own purposes. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
